I hope we meet face-to-face someday I'll show you who the moron is moron. And if TWILIGHT ZONE RADIO DRAMAS is ever up on your site again or any sites you control, I will not warn you again - you have been warned already and CBS and I will just file.
Carl Amari

Notice how nice he is? Physical threats, legal threats, "if ever...then else" threats.

And the reply:

Dearest Carl!

With deepest regret we have to inform you that these URLs do not

Download links might be present at torrent "detail" pages. Possibly
one's failure to read and understand

After reading this "who the moron is moron" I have no doubts who is
really the moron here. :-)

Do it already, would you?

P.S. Сongrats on making it to our "DMCA Jedi" blog series:

  1. I find it interesting that Mr. Amari challenges you to "create" something of your own when he has made his living off the backs of other people. His "Radio Spirits" company was/is nothing more than a shyster company making money from old radio programs that he had absolutely NOTHING to do with creating. He has now gotten so desperate for money that he spends his days cruising the internet for someone he can sue. Not very "creative" if you ask me. Just sad.

  2. Just a footnote: You don't need to register copyright in Sweden. If you create something you automatically have what could be translated as "originators right" and that includes no obligation to record anything with any authority. it works roughly like US copyright but it's not exactly the same.

The dude seems like a proper asshole though. Kudos on great site!

  3. I would think that CBS would be interested in finding out how their name is so casually tossed around by someone who is not a representative of their company. Additionally, I would think that they would want someone who did use their name to have more decorum than what is displayed here, no matter how you jab at them. Perhaps it is time to let CBS know how their web presence is being affected by this individual's actions.
