It seems that Christine Filipak of Monolith Graphics (publisher of Nox Arcana pseudo-music) has been busy lately.
She tried to scam Google into censoring search - remove our blog from search results, covering it by DMCA: http://www.chillingeffects.org/dmca512c/notice.cgi?NoticeID=32068
She is probably used to having Pinocchio nose too:
All torrents offering our music and albums are illegal, yet the torrent sites known as The Pirate Bay and Bitsnoop.com refuse to remove the infringing material. I swear upon penalty of perjury that this information is true, that the issue complained of infringes upon our copyright, and that I am hereby authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owners.
We've removed torrents the next day we've received DMCA letter (and this is our policy on that), but she is probably too busy with Goth lifestyle to verify that. And thanks for comparing us to The Pirate Bay - it's an honour, m'am!
Also she turned out to be just a spammer - keeps posting irrelevant crap in torrents comments on site and in our blog. Shame on you!
And there's even more! She sends us love letters (signed Russel Williams - and coming from the very same goth@monolithgraphics.com she used before, very original):
By the way, how's your boycott coming? Oh, yeah, that was just more punk talk from a little pipsqueak. [skipped] That's understandable for a scumbag such as yourself. You'll be getting a couple of surprises in the next few days. I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

DMCA Jedi, issue #03 - The Angry Goth Poseurs
Seems like our business with Nox Arcana is not over.
Mind you, we've deleted torrents with their "music" at 16th of November 2009 - next day they send a notice.
Seems like Ms. Christine Filipak has really lost it: she started sending offensive letters signed Russel Williams (fake, for sure). Then she decided that Mr. B***ov is somehow related to our site (he is listed in data centre WHOIS records or something).
Then she decided to mail our hosting company, accusing us (in sworn affidavit) of breaching their copyrights.
Obviously she is quite used to lying: look at this, lying in courtroom!
Really, some people don't have a clue, do they?
We encourage you, our beloved users, to spread the word - boycott Nox Arcana and Christine Filipak! There are hundreds of artists with ten times more talent and creativity - give them a chance!
Stay tuned!
